Online newspapers are available to read on a computer, tablet or smartphone.
Your library card gives you free access to hundreds of international newspapers in different languages including some Irish titles. These can be downloaded and read on your devices.
Clare Libraries’ online newspaper service is provided by PressReader. You can download the PressReader app from the Apple and Android app stores. You can also access PressReader through your web browser on a desktop or laptop computer.
How it works
- You can browse and search newspapers online or in the PressReader app, 24 hours a day.
- Your login grants you 30 days access initially. When this 30 days has expired a new period can be started simply by logging out and back in using the same method.
