Seeking further information about Maurice FitzGerald M.D. superintendant of Kilrush Dispensary. He died 9/05/1844. My gr gr gr Grandfather was (a) Maurice FitzGerald M.D. Born in Castle Richard Co Cork about 1762 to 1765. Unable to find exact dob. Parents Richard FitzGerald and Margaret Ronayne. Older brother Richard. Younger brother Edmund and four sisters. He married at St Finbarrs Cork in November 1791 Mary Anne Coppinger. Have found only three children-Mary, Richard and Charlotte. After 1800 can find nothing further about the parents. I have had wonderful help from Clare Library and from that it seems unlikely the Kilrush Dr Maurice FitzGerald is my Ancestor. However further information about the Kilrush Dr Maurice would possibly help me to resolve this mystery. Grateful for any information. Thank you, Maureen.
