Irish Newspaper Archives can be accessed in all library branches in Clare and the staff of the Local Studies Centre have access to the British Newspaper Archives.

Yes, we think you are right and the name on the headstone does appear to be 'Custy' on close inspection of the image (attached). The transcribers (Clare Roots Society) were happy for us to change the information on the website relating to the headstone to reflect this.
